Author & Illustrator Carol Mazurek, a resident of Huntington, WV, is versed in a number of artistic styles. In addition to the pencil illustrations found in Patches, Stay Put!, Carol also works in watercolor painting, acrylic painting, photography, and other artistic media. She is a member of the local watercolor art group, Praise Painters, and her work has been featured at the Tamarack Gallery in West Virginia.
